SERVICE
SPECIFICATIONS
1. VIP - Pick up within 10
- 30 minutes and deliver direct.
2. Express: - Pick up within 20 - 40 minutes and deliver within
1 1/2 hour from booking.
3. Standard: - Pick up within 30 - 50 minutes and deliver within
three hours from booking.
Please note : All pricing is listed EXCLUDING GST (Goods and Services
Tax)
ACCOUNTS
/ INVOICES
Invoices / statements are
payable within 7 days of invoice date. Account fees of $3.50
per invoice apply, and any balance not paid within 14 days of
invoice will attract interest at two (2) per centum per
month. Minimum invoice amount for accounts not in credit is $15.00.
Accounts kept in credit will incur no account fees, no interest,
and will earn a discount of 2% on their monthly invoice total.
OVERDUE
ACCOUNTS
Accounts overdue by 45 days
and over are automatically passed on to our solicitors without
further notice. An administrative fee of $185.00 will immediately
apply, as will debt collection costs.
CREDIT
CARD PAYMENTS
Rapid Couriers (Aust) Pty
Ltd accept payments on Bank card, Master card,
Visa and American Express credit cards. Arrangements can
be made for on-the-phone payments on single bookings, or if you
prefer, an authority can be set up for regular debits from your
credit card account.
ACCOUNT
INFORMATION
Proof of delivery (POD) is
available on consignments: no older than 6 months @ $10.00 each
6 months and older @ $25.00 each
Duplicate Invoices: @ $15.00 each
Account enquiries ( if not our fault ) @ $10.00 each

of invoice, and delivery enquiries within 72 hours of delivery.
