Our company offers a range of services, including Rapid VIP, Rapid Express and Rapid Standard.

Due to a range of continuous rising costs with various fuels, it has become essential to introduce a
Fuel Surcharge.  Until now, our  company has subsidised rising fuel costs incurred in the transport industry,  however,  fuel  represents  a  significant  component  of  our  operating  cost  structure.
Continuing to subsidise this cost is not sustainable. Current fuel costs are 23.6% higher today than they were in July 1999.

Effective immediately a 9.75% fuel surcharge will apply to all our accounts. The Surcharge will be
reviewed  Monthly  and  varied depending a  fuel costs  throughout  that period.  The surcharge is
minor  and should  not increase your overall cost  in any significant matter.  The surcharge will be shown separately at the bottom of your invoice.
